The warranty is effective only if the fabric has been unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions including sunlight, mildew rot and atmospheric chemicals. The warranty does not apply against deterioration of any kind due to fire accidents, burns, abusive use, malfunction, negligence, vandalism, perforations or acts of God. T_he warranty does not cover any labor or in-stallation provided by the supplier. No guarantee or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, is made with respect to the information contained herein. It is the user's obligation to evaluate and use this product
safely and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Claredon Textiles, Inc. agrees to replace, free of charge, the appropriate amount of the defective fabric with the same fabric. To obtain replacement fabric, please contact your dealer along with a proof of purchase.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Sun Duck fabrics have a special fluorocarbon finish which gives the following characteristics:
- Resistance to natural build-up of dirt.
- Oil and water repellency for a long time.
- Excellent dimensional stability.
However, it is advisable to:
- Remove dust periodically from the dry awning, using a soft brush or vacuum cleaner.
- Wash in clean water at a temperature of not more than 86° F (30°C), when the dirt is persistent.
- Use a trichlo r-Oethylene blotter or a common dry cleaner for grease stains.
- Avoid the build-up of water bags in the middle of the awning, always keeping the fabric in tension with an adequate gradient.
- Never roll up the cover or awning when the fabric is wet.
- Always air dry the fabric.
- Never use any other chemical product for cleaning the fabric.
